This Product Is Covered Under Caress's Warranty Policy For Up To Ten Years, Subject To The Terms And Conditions Outlined Below.
Your Caress Sofa Is Covered, Under Normal Use, Starting From The Date Of Purchase:
- 10 Years For The Internal Frame Structure
- 6 Years For The Seat Cushioning And Sinking
- 2 Year For Mechanisms, Including Manual And/Or Electric Recliner Functions
What Is NOT Covered
- Misuse, Neglect, Or Improper Handling
- Scratches, Burns, Cuts, Pet Damage, Or Normal Wear And Tear
- Any Tampering Or Repairs Done By Unauthorized Parties
- Damage Due To Improper Foundation Or Structural Support
- Alterations Caused By Environmental Factors (E.G. Heat, Light, Humidity)
- Improper Cleaning Or Use Of Harsh Chemicals On Upholstery
- Spills From Acidic, Solvent-Based, Or Corrosive Substances (E.G. Ink, Paint, Body Fluids)
- Commercial, Rental, Or Non-Residential Usage
- Packaging, Transportation, Or Delivery Costs
- Damage Incurred During Handling, Transportation, Or Relocation
Important Terms & Conditions
- This Warranty Is Only Valid For The Original Purchaser At The Original Delivery Address.
- Transportation Charges For Warranty Claims (To And From The Service Center) Must Be Borne By The Purchaser.
- If Reupholstering Is Required, The Cost Of Materials Will Also Be Charged To The Purchaser.
- Repair Timelines Are Subject To Material Availability, And We Reserve The Right To Substitute Materials Of Equal Quality If Identical Materials Are Unavailable.
- All Claims Must Be Submitted In Writing Through The Original Furniture Dealer Where The Purchase Was Made.
- Proof Of Purchase (Receipt/Invoice) Is Required For All Warranty Claims.
- This Warranty Is Valid Within Malaysia Only.
