• Unsanitary Or Stained Bedding, Including Those Damaged By Liquid Spills, Burns, Or Infestations
• Mattresses Used On Improper Foundations Such As Bed Frames Without Center Support Or Those Not Designed For The Product
• External Fabric Damage, Including Cuts, Tears, Pilling, Or Peeling Caused By Misuse
• Commercial Use, Unless The Product Is Specifically Designed And Built For Commercial Purposes
• Comfort Preference Changes, As Mattress Firmness Levels Are Subjective And Not Considered A Manufacturing Defect
• Failure To Provide Valid Proof Of Purchase
